What you need to do
Follow this simple, two-step process
Update your logo and pick a custom color
Want a more seamless, consistent transition from your website to PayPal's checkout? Add the logo and color used on your website to your PayPal checkout pages for a more consistent, branded experience.
Log in and go to your Account Overview
Choose Profile at top menu
On the right-hand side under Selling Preferences, click on Custom Payment Pages
Add a new Page Style and name it whatever you want - if you already use a Page Style then select the Change option
Under the Logo Image URL section, be sure to follow the directions and provide the URL for your logo
Under the Cart Area Gradient Color section, provide us your chosen color
Click Save and choose your new Page Style as the default for your new checkout
Integrate your order details into our hosted checkout
Based on extensive usability research and best-practice guidelines, this new checkout experience shows buyers their order details - including item description, quantities, unit costs, tax, shipping, and total costs - right on the payment page.
Important! Some merchants don't need to make any modifications to benefit from this feature. These include:
- Merchants using Buy Now or Add to Cart buttons - your order details will be passed on automatically
- Merchants with a shopping cart - we're working with all the major shopping cart partners to make these improvements in the near future

What am I required to do?
Your customers will be able to complete their purchases using new checkout flows even if you don't make any changes. However, to create a more seamless experience:
- Provide your logo
- Pick a background color
- Configure your checkout to pass your buyers' order details to PayPal

What should I display on checkout page?
Your customers will be able to complete their purchases using new checkout flows even if you don't make any changes. However, to create a more seamless experience you could display the following to reassure your customers:
- Item unit quantity
- Item unit price
- Item total and tax
- Shipping and handling (if applicable)
- Insurance (if applicable)
- Item total
Displaying these information on the PayPal checkout page give your buyers a chance to triple-check that their order is correct.

How long do these changes take?
Uploading a logo and selecting a color will only take a few minutes. Passing order details requires an API code change which could take you or your developer a bit longer.
Do I need to sign any additional contracts/agreements?No additional contract/agreements are necessary.
What happens if I don't make these changes?Don't worry, even if you don't make these changes, your customers will still be able to complete their purchases using the new checkout flow. However, making these changes will create a more seamless experience
